Frequently Asked Questions

Typically our clients like for us to meet with a variety of stakeholders from the Senior Leadership Team through to engineers on the ground to understand your business goals and objectives, current pain points and detail of your existing IT landscape. This is usually achieved through a series of workshops … and there is commonly a whiteboard involved.

Whilst onsite, and with your permission, we will deploy our suite of discovery tools to  provide us a better insight to the technology stack, as well as risks and issues present in the environment. 

Behind the scenes, we will review the output of these tools as well as any documentation you have provided us with. We will then workshop internally until our techies and business consultants are in agreement on what approach will best acheive your goals. 

All the above is formally documented in a report. We will also present this to you with a page-turn of the document, talking through the key findings and recommendations with you and answer any questions you may have. 

This really depends on the scope you set for us, the availability of your staff to meet with us, and how long it takes to provision us the necessary access permissions.

Once the workshops are completed and our discovery toolsets have been deployed, we will typically be able to provide you a draft report within 2 weeks.
